Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. It typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order after payment confirmation, and they are shipped the following day. Please note that orders placed during holidays or sales periods may take longer to process.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD. However, duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s customs policies, which are your responsibility. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Order Management
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, orders cannot be modified. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it is received.
